Exchanges/Returns
if you are not entirely satisfied with your product and wish to return it or you wish to exchange it for a different size, you have the right to do so within 14 days (from the day you received your merchandise).
please keep in mind that we are not able to accept any return of underwear items or masks.
returns are free of charge. we will cover the shipping cost. please also refer to §9 (returns) of our terms & conditions for more information on your legal rights and duties on the subject.

please note that we will only be able to accept pristine and unused merchandise. we use a special security tag with an individual number. please take care when trying on and do not remove the security tag which is attached to the merchandise with a purple string. if the security tag has been removed or damaged, you cannot return the merchandise.
any merchandise, which has been especially made for you (e.g. special order, special size, re-order of a sold out size), cannot be returned.
if shoes show signs of use (e.g. the sole) or have been returned without the original box, we have the right to refuse the return. please try on the shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid any problems.
we also ask you to take special care when you re-pack the merchandise. please take special care when folding the garment, especially if the garment is made of delicate materials.
please do not damage or soil the merchandise. all merchandise should be returned in the original packaging including any accessories and any packaging components. you might also want to use an additional protective wrapping. if you do not have the original packing anymore, we would like to ask you to pack and wrap the products with care and in a way, that they are securely protected from transport damage. this will protect you from any damage claims because of insufficient packaging.
in order to return the merchandise, please fill out the return information sheet and send it back with merchandise.
germany:
each package, whether it has been delivered via dhl or ups, contains a pre-addressed return label. please stick the label on the package and drop it off at any branches of deutsche post or dhl packstations or with a dhl driver.
all other countries:
each package contains a pre-addressed return label. please stick the label on the package and call your local ups customer service for pick up of the parcel. you can also use the following link to find your local ups contact details: https://www.ups.com/dropoff?
for exchanges (e.g. size exchanges), we ask you to contact us directly, so that we can reserve the right size for you and inform you about the delivery time.
due to administrative procedures, it is impossible to settle a new transaction with an old one. in this case, you need to return the unwanted article and place a new order on our website.
please note that we can only accept returns or exchanges from the country to where the parcel was sent to. for example, if the parcel was sent to ireland, we can only accept the return shipment from ireland. shipping costs will not be refunded in case of a return or an exchange.
please refer to the return information sheet, which comes along with every invoice.

please keep in mind, that you need to bring along the original invoice of the merchandise you would like to exchange or return as well as the filled out return/exchange document, which is put into every parcel.
after having inspected the merchandise, you will be given a document as a proof of receipt.
our sales team will contact immediately our online team in order to process your transaction and credit the original amount to the means of payment you have used online. you will be credited within a few days and will be informed via email.
should you buy another article in our boutique, you will need to settle the payment directly at the till of the boutique.
