Shipping and Payment

Shipping

Delivery is made to the shipping address provided by the customer. If the customer orders multiple items, it may happen that Talbot Runhof ships them in several packages. In the case of partial shipments, shipping costs are charged only once.

Delivery is made either by DHL or UPS. Talbot Runhof bears the transport risk. Once delivery has been received and confirmed in writing, the insurance coverage expires.

Delivery within the EU generally takes 2-8 working days, depending on the delivery location. For customers with a delivery address in Germany, we offer a paid express shipping option. With express shipments, delivery usually takes 1-2 working days.

The customer will receive a shipping notification by email containing a tracking link. The customer can then track the shipment directly until final delivery using the tracking link.

Customs and taxes within the European Union:

For products shipped within the European Union, no additional taxes or customs duties are due. The listed item prices are gross prices including the applicable VAT.

Customs and taxes for third countries (outside the European Union):

If you are interested in deliveries to countries outside the European Union, please contact our styling experts directly at justask@talbotrunhof.com or by phone at +49 89 20 00 752 52 from Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00 (except on public holidays).

Click & Collect service in our boutiques:

In addition to shipping via UPS or DHL, we also offer the free option to pick up your order in one of our boutiques (Munich, Düsseldorf, Berlin, and Zurich). Once your order is ready for pickup in the desired boutique, you will receive an email with all relevant information.

Payment

Credit Card

We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS.

When paying by credit card, credit card information (card number, expiration date, etc.) is automatically transmitted to our payment service provider via an encrypted security system, without Talbot Runhof or third parties having access to this data. Please note that in the event of refunds, the amount can only be credited to the originally used card. Financial information for credit card transactions is automatically transmitted via an encrypted protocol. Talbot Runhof has no access to this data. Your credit card will be charged upon completion of the order. Your personal data is transmitted encrypted via SSL during the ordering process. Payment / credit card data is not stored, but is collected and processed directly by our payment service provider.

Your order will be processed immediately after payment is completed.

PayPal

When paying via your PayPal account, you will be redirected directly to the PayPal payment pages. Please follow the instructions. Further information is also available at www.paypal.com

Prepayment

After placing your order, you will receive the payment information by email from our payment service provider 'Mollie'.

If the amount is not received by us within 3 working days, your order will be canceled.

Your order is only definitively confirmed after receipt of your transfer.

When paying by bank transfer, the delivery time is extended by the duration of receipt and processing of your transfer.

Invoice Purchase (Klarna Pay Later)

You only pay when you have received your order.

The invoice will be sent to you by email. Purple Label Fashion GmbH assigns the claim in the context of a contract to the payment service provider Klarna. For Klarna invoice payments, delivery to a parcel station is not possible. If delivery is to a different shipping address, the recipient name of the delivery address must match the recipient name in the invoice address. We ask for your understanding. Klarna is our partner and guarantees a secure payment process as a TÜV-certified and Trusted Shops certified company. Your personal data is subject to the highest data protection standards. A specialized team of data protection officers at Klarna ensures that your data is always in safe hands.

Klarna checks and evaluates the consumer's data and, if justified, exchanges data with other companies and credit agencies (credit check). If the consumer's creditworthiness is not guaranteed, Klarna may refuse payment methods to the customer and must indicate alternative payment options. Installment Purchase (Klarna Slice It)

You only pay once you have received your order.

If you use Immediate Transfer, you must enter your identification data (such as PIN and TAN) in a digital transfer form. Your order will be processed immediately.

TALBOT RUNHOF Voucher

Enter the voucher or discount code in the shopping cart or on the payment page in the field “Enter voucher code” and then click the confirmation checkmark next to this field. The amount of your voucher/discount will be deducted from the total sum of your purchase. After completing the order, it is unfortunately no longer possible to redeem a voucher or discount code.
